02 / What we can help with

Good questions to send us.

If you’re not sure where to start, these are the things families most often ask — and exactly what we’re here for.

01

Eligibility & grade bands

Which band your child should take, whether they can enter a higher one, and how the grade rules work for students in China.

02

Registration & dates

How and when to register for the current cycle, and where the official sign-up lives. We’ll point you to the right place for this season.

03

Materials & preparation

Where to find official past papers, the vocabulary that matters, and a sensible study plan for your child’s level.

04

The China-region rounds

How the preliminary, the open-book semifinal, and the route to the U.S. finals actually work in practice.

03 / How we work

Plain answers, by scan.

Scan to chat — that’s the whole channel. We keep contact simple: reach us on WhatsApp and we reply in plain language. We’re an independent guide, so we’ll happily send you to the official source when that’s the right answer, and we’ll never pressure you into a course or a purchase. If your question is about official rules or your specific registration, the organizer is always the final word — we’ll help you find it.
04 / Frequently asked

Before you message.

How do I reach you?
Scan the WhatsApp QR code on this page and send your question. It’s the quickest and only channel we run, which lets us reply properly rather than spread ourselves thin across half a dozen inboxes.
Will you try to sell me something?
No. We’re an independent guide, and our job is to help you understand the competition. If a course or a service would genuinely help you can ask, but we won’t push one on you, and plenty of our answers simply point to the free official source.
Can you register my child for me?
Registration is handled through the official channels for the current cycle, not by us. What we can do is show you where to register, when the window is, and what the rules are — so you can complete it confidently yourself.
What should I include in my message?
Your child’s current grade and what you’re trying to work out — choosing a band, finding materials, understanding a round. The more specific the question, the more useful our answer can be.
